    The workshop is divided into two phases.

    Phase 1

    Phase 1 consists of:

    2. Tailoring the 2-step recommitment conversation to your business.

    At the end of phase one

    You will know exactly what to say and how to say it as you confidently lead your client recommitment conversations.

    Phase 2

    Phase 2 is all about the blocking and tackling of client retention.

    Together, we will create your Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

    At the end of phase 2

    You will have an SOP documenting:

    • System description and workflow
    • Tasks to be done
    • Roles responsible for completing those tasks
    • Instructions for completing tasks
    • Communications templates and scripts
    • Other resources needed to implement your plan

    A Right Fit Call is a short, no-pressure conversation, the purpose of which is to:

    1) Answer any questions you have about the workshop.
    2) Make sure we can help you as we are not right for everyone.
    3) Clarify any next steps – including scheduling your workshop if you decide to move forward.

    how long is the workshop?

    When it comes time to schedule your workshop, you will have the option for:

    • 1 full-day session or
    • 2 half-day sessions

     

    In either case, you will have actionable items you can start using the next day

    Do you offer a payment plan?

    is this an online course?

    No, we don’t just give you the content and leave you to it.

    Yes. We can.

    The reason we can get so much done is that we take an 80/20 approach to implementation.

    What that means is I show up with your system 80% complete. I templates and examples for:

    How do I get support after the workshop?

    There are two ways you can receive support after the workshop.

    First, we’ll have a 10-day check-in. This is an online meeting to answer any questions you have. We’ll also remove any roadblocks that are preventing you from launching your system.

    Second, we’re always available to answer any questions that come up after your client renewal system is up and running. During the workshop, we’ll show you how to “jump to the front of the line” to receive priority support.
