Frequently Asked Questions
Can I reschedule or get a refund?
Because you are booking time in advance, there is no rescheduling or any refunds.
Do I have to be present during the entire consult?
For a one-hour consult, Yes.
For half-day and full-day consults, it depends on the tasks. It’s common for us to have a kick off call at the beginning of the project. Then I’ll go to work on your task and we’ll finish up with a wrap up call.
